Covenants
Since the Zurich meeting in October of 2004, the EFFAS-EBC has been seeking ways to categorize and define covenant features, as well as to publicise to the investing community the importance of covenants in bond issues, particularly in the increasingly important area of European credit.
The EFFAS-EBC has identified some areas to explore in further depths and will be publishing the results of its work in the relatively near future.
Meanwhile this site should serve as a repository for materials deemed to be useful to members (and others) who want to gain some knowledge of the subject.
